The idea of self-care eludes many of us, probably because we are not used to it. Here are ideas for Emotional, Physical, Social, and Spiritual self-care.

Emotional
Journal
Watch videos of puppies
Write a gratitude list
Spend time alone (if you are not isolating!)
Make a list of things you love about yourself
Try something new
Daydream (if you are not avoiding!)
Create a vision board
Write a letter to your past self and/or future self
Watch a funny movie
Listen to an inspirational podcast
Watch inspiring YouTube videos
Listen to your emotions
Smile
Unplug
Pick daily affirmations

Go for a walk or hike

Hebrews 4:6-7
So God’s rest is there for people to enter, but those who first heard this good news failed to enter because they disobeyed God. So God set another time for entering his rest, and that time is today. God announced this through David much later in the words already quoted:
“Today when you hear his voice,
don’t harden your hearts.”
