I’ve seen mental health restored and maintained, cancer relieved, epilepsy and high blood pressure healed, a dead baby raised to life, restored family relationships, and broken hearts made new. I’ve seen hopelessness turn into hope, and despair into joy. I’ve seen a dying man meet God, and a woman overwhelmed with grief, betrayal, and loss of innocence face life with peace.
There is more. The preacher who was shaken for years after his fellow pastor’s suicide found rest for his soul. A young woman shared her dark secrets for the first time and began to travel toward freedom. An older woman with an undefeated addiction was inspired to try again. A woman fearful of death was overwhelmed with anxiety until she read in God’s Word (The Holy Bible) why she does not have to worry. God has made his presence known.
All this, not to mention creation itself. Stars are one example of a very enormous God who then reaches down to care for the smallest birds. The human eye is enough reason to believe in miracles.
I am a witness to these miracles and more. Most of the above accounts have found their way into this blog at some point over the last eleven years. I want to repeat them over the next few weeks because old blogs are hard to find, and I am not sure all these stories have been mentioned. Beyond what I have seen are the many reports from around the world of people whose lives were changed by Jesus and the love of God.
